How many times have I passed this corner and never saw this beautiful street sign? It was designed in memory of a restaurant that had been there since 1798 by Franz Andreas Meyer (1837–1901). This spot has always been a favorite place of excursions, even with its own pier, but much smaller in those days.
Today I used this much firmer construction for a plein air study on April clouds. I was reminded that condensed water can move soooooooo fast across the sky.
